Brandie has many years of experience reviewing and revising corporate and supplier governance, designing Due Diligence Programs to comply with Human Trafficking, Modern Slavery and Transparency regulations globally. Brandie also has many years of experience developing compliance programs and assisting in reporting to global entities.

Brandie has over 12 years' experience handling Trust Administration and Probates for clients with care and compassion.

Brandie has many years of experience helping clients file for restraining orders for various reasons. 

Do you think you were sold a “lemon” and that your vehicle, car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, RV, trailer, 5th wheel, ATV, boat, etc. is defective?

The California Lemon Law includes an attorney fee provision which allows us to go directly after the manufacturer for attorney fees and costs. 

This means Brandie only gets paid if she wins your case. Brandie's most memorable lemon law case to date involved a Lamborghini illegally imported into the U.S. as a new vehicle.

Do you need your name and gender to match your identity? Or maybe just a name change after a divorce?

Brandie has helped clients in both situations file for name (& gender) changes. As the mother of a transgender teen, Brandie is an ally.
