Brandie has over 12 years' experience handling Trust Administration and Probates for clients with care and compassion. 

Are you a landlord with an eviction issue? Are you a tenant who has been served with an eviction notice? 

Brandie has many years of experience helping both landlords file for an eviction and tenants file responses to an unlawful detainer action (Eviction). 

Do you need a domestic violence or civil harassment restraining order? Unsure which is the appropriate order to request?

Brandie has many years of experience helping clients file for restraining orders for various reasons. 

Do you think you were sold a “lemon” and that your vehicle, car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, RV, trailer, 5th wheel, ATV, boat, etc. is defective?

The California Lemon Law includes an attorney fee provision which allows us to go directly after the manufacturer for attorney fees and costs. 

This means Brandie only gets paid if she wins your case. Brandie's most memorable lemon law case to date involved a Lamborghini illegally imported into the U.S. as a new vehicle.

Do you need your name and gender to match your identity? Or maybe just a name change after a divorce?

Brandie has helped clients in both situations file for name (& gender) changes. As the mother of a transgender teen, Brandie is an ally.
